Payment Details
We require a non-refundable down payment of 25% of your total order to reserve your date. You may reserve the rental equipment over the phone with one of our party consultants but your date is not guaranteed until your 25% down payment is received. Therefore, it is important that you immediately forward your down payment to us. The balance must be paid IN FULL one (1) week prior to the date of your event by either cash, personal check, or one of the major credit cards.
All rental equipment is subjected to NYS sales tax (8% in Niagara County and 8.75% in Erie County) on top of the price of the equipment. The sales tax is NOT included on our price sheet.
Deliveries are scheduled at our discretion. Delivery rates vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Please contact us for pricing.
