• Cut your grass a few days in advance so that clippings will blow away. 
• Pick up animal droppings and clear out the tent area.
• Please mark the area clearly so our installers can set up easily.
• Any underground obstacles such as sprinklers, septic, etc. should be clearly marked in order to not be damaged by our tent stakes. We are not responsible for any damage to underground work or pipes that are not clearly marked. Remember that stakes go down approximately 2 feet. You can always call dig at 811 if you're unsure, this is a free service that will let you know if the area is clear and must be contacted at least 2 business days before your even to get the results back in time.
• Please do not staple, pin, or tape objects to any of our equipment. A fee will be charged for damages from these items.

Delivery and Setup rates vary depending on your location and the size of your order.

We require a non-refundable retainer of 25% of your total order to reserve your date and equipment. You may reserve the rental equipment over the phone with one of our party consultants, but your date is not guaranteed until your 25% retainer is received. Therefore, it is important that you immediately forward your down payment to us. The balance must be paid IN FULL one (1) week prior to the date of your event by either cash, personal check, or one of the major credit cards.

All rental equipment is subjected to NYS sales tax (8% in Niagara County and 8.75% in Erie County) on top of the price of the equipment. The sales tax is NOT included on our price sheet. 

Deliveries are scheduled at our discretion.

We offer an optional 10% non-refundable damage waiver on all rental equipment. Lessee must select coverage, pay in full, and sign the contract before the start of the event for the damage waiver to be bonded. Acceptance of any and all claims that arise are based on the sole discretion of Big City Tent Rental.

This cost covers:

• Up to $500 per contract in reasonable wear and tear physical damage to the rental equipment.
• Up to $1000 per contract in wind and storm damage to tents and rental property.

This Damage Waiver is NOT Liability Insurance.

This Damage Waiver is NOT cover theft, vandalism, silly string, misuse, and/or abuse.

This Damage Waiver does NOT cover missing equipment. Big City Tent Rental will bill for any and all missing equipment at the new replacement cost.
